Refund policy

I take special care in the fabrication of and the packaging of my pieces to ensure you receive a wonderful product. If, for some reason, your purchase doesn't work, we'd be happy to work with you to exchange it for a different item or provide a store credit for any purchase returned unworn or unused, in its original condition, and with original receipts within 14 days of purchase.  Shipping fees, unfortunately, cannot be credited and new shipping fees for any exchanges will apply.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized and/or Custom Orders are not returnable nor eligible for store credit.
  • Gift cards are not returnable nor eligible for store credit.
  • Final Sale items are not returnable nor eligible for store credit.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you must contact me at info@wjnmetaldesigns.com.  Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
